Studded tubes are specialized heat transfer components widely used in furnace, waste heat recovery systems, industrial boilers, and process heating equipment. By welding metallic studs uniformly onto the outer surface of the tube, the effective heat transfer area is significantly increased, resulting in enhanced thermal efficiency, improved gas-side heat exchange, and optimized equipment performance.
Our Studded Tubes for furnace are manufactured using ASTM A312 TP304 austenitic stainless steel tubes, offering excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and long-term reliability under elevated operating temperatures.
