EN 10216-2 16Mo3 Seamless Alloy Steel Boiler Tube Square Angle Bending Tube for Economizers / Waste Heat Recovery

 

 

A seamless steel tube manufactured according to European standard EN 10216-2, made from 16Mo3 low-alloy steel (material number 1.5415), specifically intended for high-temperature pressure equipment such as boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels operating up to approximately 550 °C.
The 90° boiler bend tubes (also called right-angle boiler tubes), a type of seamless steel pipe bent at a precise 90-degree angle. The image shows prefabricated bundles of these bent tubes, typically used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, power plant feedwater heaters, or boiler heating surfaces. In boiler heating surfaces (water walls, economizers, superheaters/reheaters), they are used to change the direction of pipelines, allowing the tube bundles to be arranged according to the furnace structure and increasing the heat absorption area.
