Heat Exchanger Tube is kind of a tube specifically manufactured to meet the tight tolerances, cleanliness, and integrity requirements needed for transferring heat between two fluids without mixing. Duplex S31803 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant and cost-effectiveness material designed to withstand aggressive environments (like chlorides and seawater) while providing better thermal efficiency and lower wall thickness compared to conventional 300-series stainless steels like 316L.

the SS409 pins resist sulfur corrosion better than carbon steel pins we used earlier. In furnace service, that means longer runs between maintenance.
