ASME SA209 T1 carbon steel embedded G fin tubes are high-performance heat transfer components specifically designed for boiler economizers. They combine the excellent high-temperature creep strength of SA209 T1 carbon-molybdenum alloy steel with the superior thermal performance and mechanical stability of embedded G-type fins. These fin tubes are widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, CFB boilers, and waste-to-energy boilers to recover waste heat from flue gas and preheat boiler feedwater, significantly improving boiler efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

the SS409 pins resist sulfur corrosion better than carbon steel pins we used earlier. In furnace service, that means longer runs between maintenance.
