ASME SA210 Gr.A-1 Embedded G Type Fin Tube, Aluminum ASTM B209 Gr.1060, Cooling Tower and heat exchanger application

 

Embedded fins (G Fins) are made by winding aluminium or copper strip into a helical groove machined on the outer surface of the tube.
The fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures that maximum heat transfer is maintained at high tube metal temperatures.
