It features a seamless chromium-molybdenum alloy steel base tube (ASTM A335 P11, UNS K11597) with helically wound solid carbon steel fins bonded via high-frequency welding (HFW). This robust construction delivers exceptional oxidation and sulfidation resistance up to 565°C (1,050°F), making it ideal for heaters, superheaters, and coker units where thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance are critical.
