ASTM A312 TP347H Stainless Steel Studded Tubes For Industrial Process Heating
ASTM A312 covers seamless, straight-seam welded, and heavily cold worked welded austenitic stainless steel pipe intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service. ASTM A312 TP347H (stabilized austenitic stainless steel with Nb/Cb addition) is a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant alloy widely applied in industrial process heating systems due to its creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and strength at elevated temperatures. ASTM A312 TP347H stainless steel pipes are suitable for refinery & chemical heating processes with corrosive gases. With Niobium (Nb) element, can prevents sensitization & intergranular corrosion in weld zones.

A312 TP347H stainless steel studded fin tubes are used in high-temperature, corrosive, and high-pressure process heating systems where standard carbon steel or lower-grade stainless steels fail. With niobium (Nb) element-stabilized austenitic structure, which provides excellent creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and mechanical strength at elevated temperatures (up to 900°C / 1652°F).
