High Frequency Welding Fin Tube, ASTM A312 TP347H with 11Cr Fin Material , For Fired Heater Application

 

Stainless Steel 304 ASTM A312 TP347H High Frequency Welding Fin Tube is a specialized heat transfer component combining the properties of stainless steel 304 and TP347H. This design provides excellent performance in high-temperature and corrosive environments. The fins are attached using high-frequency welding, increasing the surface area for enhanced heat transfer.

It's hot and humid here, and our old wrap-on tubes used to rust like crazy. Switched to your extruded ones—the aluminum fin covers the steel pipe perfectly, so corrosion shouldn't be an issue.

We checked a few before installation — wall thickness consistent, roundness good. Welded in without problems.
