Base tube: Specification ASTM A179 covers minimum-wall-thickness, seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes for tubular heat exchangers, condensers, and similar heat transfer apparatus. ASTM A179 seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tube, high pressure resistance, good thermal conductivity, stable mechanical properties, compatible with ACC steam condensation conditions.
Fin material: AL1100 pure aluminum fins. High heat dissipation efficiency, good formability, resistant to atmospheric corrosion, and low wind-side flow resistance.
Fin structure: Winded L-shaped fins are tightly mechanically bonded to the tube wall, resulting in low thermal contact resistance and strong resistance to loosening under long-term wind vibration and temperature cycling.
The air-cooled condenser AAC uses forced air convection to condense the exhaust steam from the turbine. The ASTM A179 bare tubes handle the condensation and heat exchange of the steam inside the tubes, and the L-shaped fins made of AL1100 material exponentially increase the external heat exchange area, which can quickly transfer the heat from the tube wall to the ambient air, achieving efficient liquefaction and circulating cooling of the power plant steam.
ASTM A179 wound L fin tubes are a key heat transfer component of the air-cooled condenser in thermal/gas-fired power plants, undertaking the core tasks of waste heat dissipation and steam condensation, and determining the thermal efficiency and stable operation of the entire ACC system.
