Product Overview
The extruded fin tube is manufactured by inserting a carbon steel seamless tube (ASTM A179) into a pure aluminium Al1060 sleeve, followed by a high-pressure extrusion process that forms integral fins from the aluminium sleeve. This method ensures a perfect metallurgical bond between fins and tube, eliminating air gaps and providing maximum thermal conductivity.
