The ASTM B163 Incoloy 825 Extruded Fin Tube with Aluminum Fin is a premium bimetallic heat transfer solution engineered for extreme environments. It combines a seamless nickel-iron-chromium alloy base tube with integrally extruded aluminum fins through a high-pressure thermal process.

This monolithic structure achieves 98% metallurgical bonding for unmatched thermal efficiency (45% higher than welded fins) and corrosion resistance in acidic, chloridic, and high-temperature applications up to 260°C (500°F).
