ASME SA213 TP310S Seamless Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tube

 

TP310S is a grade of stainless steel with a high chromium (25%) and nickel (20%) content, designed for high-temperature resistance. The "S" in TP310S indicates a version of the 310 stainless steel with a lower carbon content, which enhances its resistance to sensitization (formation of chromium carbides).

TP310S has excellent oxidation and carburization resistance at higher temperatures, making it suitable for applications above 800°C (1472°F).

The tube is seamless, meaning it is extruded without any welds, ensuring high strength and resistance to pressure and temperature stresses.
