ASME SA213 TP304L (1.4307, SUS304L,03Х18Н11) Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tube

 

Grade TP304L is a low-carbon version of the 304 stainless steel alloy. The lower carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, which improves its resistance to intergranular corrosion. TP304L is an austenitic stainless steel that is widely used in various applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability.

Stainless Steel ASME SA213 TP304L Heat Exchanger Tube is designed for applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. Made from TP304L, a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, it minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding.

As an engineer in Siberia, I tested these fin tubes in extreme cold (-30°C). The ASTM A213 T11 steel performed well with no thermal cracks, and cooling efficiency met expectations (88%). That said, the Russian-language documentation had translation errors in technical terms, causing minor confusion during installation.
