Yuhong Group U bend Return already was used in many industries , which like power plant, petrochemical, oil refinary, U bend return usually need Short radius, because the equirpment CBM limited, so the designer usually request to use short radius (SR) type, Main of the 180 deg. return made by hot forming or cold hydro forming . But in high temperature furnace , usually request cast type also.

180 degree Return usually connect two pipes/tubes / fin tubes, so it is very important , usually Yuhong Group will arrange 100% PT / UT/ MT for our U bend return before shipment . And try to make sure each return quality match to standard request .

Besides 180 degree return , some time client also need 90 degree elbow in short radius or 45 degree elbow in short radius.Yuhong Group also can supply well .

The 13Cr pins add some cost, but for sour service in furnaces, it's worth it. Already seeing longer run times between turnarounds compared to before.

As an engineer in Siberia, I tested these fin tubes in extreme cold (-30°C). The ASTM A213 T11 steel performed well with no thermal cracks, and cooling efficiency met expectations (88%). That said, the Russian-language documentation had translation errors in technical terms, causing minor confusion during installation.
