ASTM A815 UNS S32205 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe U Bends can be welded or seamless and they are made up of a corrosion-resistant, strong and high-temperature capable duplex steel material. These Duplex Stainless Steel U Bends are known for their increased tensile strength and better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion compared to other duplex steel grades. The higher molybdenum content makes them more durable than standard stainless steel alloys, making them be used in harsh environments without influencing quality. the SS409 pins resist sulfur corrosion better than carbon steel pins we used earlier. In furnace service, that means longer runs between maintenance.
