Product Overview

ASTM A312 TP304H High Frequency Welded Finned Tubes are engineered for air preheater applications operating under elevated temperatures and demanding industrial conditions. Manufactured using high-frequency resistance welding technology, the steel fins are continuously welded to the TP304H stainless steel base tube, providing excellent heat transfer efficiency, reliable fin bonding, and long-term structural stability.

ASTM A312 TP304H is a high-carbon version of Type 304 stainless steel specifically developed for elevated-temperature service. Its enhanced creep strength and oxidation resistance make it particularly suitable for heat recovery systems where prolonged exposure to temperatures above 500°C is common.
