High Frequency Welded (HFW) Finned Tubes are engineered for maximum thermal efficiency in aggressive environments. Our tubes feature a corrosion-resistant TP321H


 austenitic stainless steel base tube mechanically bonded via high-frequency welding to carbon steel (CS) fins. This design amplifies surface area by 8–12×, delivering


 unmatched heat exchange performance in high-temperature/pressure applications.


2. Finned Tube Structure & Manufacturing Process


A. Base Tube (TP321H Stainless Steel):


  • High-temperature stabilized austenitic stainless steel (Ti-stabilized).


  • Seamless or welded construction, ideal for thermal cycling.


B. Fins (Carbon Steel - CS):
