I. Product Overview


ASTM A213 T11 seamless serrated fin tubes are manufactured from T11 chromiummolybdenum alloy steel, designed for medium-high temperature and pressure applications. With a nominal composition of 1.25% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum, this grade provides good oxidation resistance, elevated temperature strength, and structural stability under prolonged thermal exposure. The tubes are produced using seamless base pipes combined with helically wound serrated fins, which are mechanically embedded or welded to create a continuous, durable bond. The serrated fin design enhances turbulence and disrupts thermal boundary layers, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency compared to smooth fins. This construction maintains excellent pressure integrity and is suitable for use in boilers, heat exchangers, and other high-temperature pressure systems. Available in custom sizes and fin geometries, T11 serrated fin tubes meet diverse industrial needs where reliable performance under thermal stress is essential.
