This EN10217-7 compliant seamless stainless steel extruded fin tube is made of 1.4307 austenitic stainless steel, a low-carbon variant of 304 with ultra-low carbon content (≤0.03%). It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding intergranular corrosion resistance and weldability, with no post-weld heat treatment needed. Adopting advanced extrusion technology, the fins bond tightly to the seamless base pipe, greatly increasing heat exchange area and improving thermal efficiency. The seamless structure ensures superior pressure-bearing capacity and airtightness, meeting the strict requirements of pressure equipment. Widely applied in heat exchange systems of chemical, food processing, HVAC and petrochemical industries, it supports customized dimensions for diverse industrial working conditions.

● Corrosion Resistance:
1.4307 has superior intergranular corrosion resistance, ideal for post-weld non-heat-treated applications.
1.4301 offers good general corrosion resistance but weaker intergranular corrosion resistance.
● Chemical CompositionCore difference:
1.4307 (low-carbon 304L) has C ≤ 0.03%;
1.4301 (standard 304) has C ≤ 0.08%. Both contain Cr (~18%) and Ni (~8%).
● Applications:
1.4307: Welded heat exchangers, chemical equipment, fin tubes for HVAC.
1.4301: Kitchenware, architectural decoration, general industrial components.
● Price:
1.4307 is slightly pricier due to its low-carbon refining process;
1.4301 is more cost-effective for non-welding scenarios.
● Chemical & Petrochemical Processing: Heat exchangers for corrosive media, reactor coils, and condenser tubes.
● Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology: Process heaters/coolers, fermenter jackets, and CIP/SIP systems requiring ultra-cleanable surfaces.
● Food & Beverage Industry: Pasteurizers, sterilizers, evaporators, and process heaters.
● HVAC & Refrigeration: High-grade condenser and evaporator coils for industrial chillers.
● Marine & Offshore: Air coolers and heat exchangers exposed to salt-laden atmospheres.
