The ASTM A213 TP316L Longitudinal Welded Finned Tube is a high-efficiency enhanced heat transfer component manufactured using advanced welding technology, specifically designed for demanding petrochemical applications.

It consists of a TP316L austenitic stainless steel base tube and longitudinal continuous fins integrally formed through precision welding, offering outstanding heat transfer performance and exceptional corrosion resistance.

2. Product Principle


Longitudinal finned tubes are produced by resistance welded fins along the length of the tube.
The fins first form a U-shaped channel, so that each U-shaped leg forms a fin. The channel is cut to the appropriate length, then oriented and resistance welded in place along the length of the tube. The channel is a pair of welded, opposite, so the number of fins specified must be a multiple of four.
