High Frequency Welding Fin Tube For Waste Heat Recovery System TP347H Base Pipe
High Frequency Welding (HFW) Fin Tube mainly used in high temperature, strong corrosion and dust accumulation environment, this has high requirements on the materials of the base tube and fins. Here we use TP347H stainless steel for the base pipe and carbon steel for the fins. This type of fin tube is mainly used in power station boilers and economizers in industrial boilers, and waste heat recovery system. If the environment contains a lot of ash, the studded type fin tube can be used instead.
TP347H has good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for service in applications where the temperature reaches up to 900°C (1650°F) in continuous operation. It is used in the construction of furnace components and other industrial equipment exposed to extreme heat conditions, such as in incinerators or other high-temperature processing equipment.
