Product Overview

ASTM B111 C70600 Low-Finned Tubes for Seawater Condensers are engineered to improve heat transfer efficiency in shell-and-tube heat exchangers operating with seawater and other chloride-containing cooling media. Manufactured from 90/10 Copper-Nickel (Cu-Ni 90/10) alloy in accordance with ASTM B111, these tubes combine the corrosion resistance of copper-nickel with the enhanced external surface area provided by integral low fins.

The low-fin profile increases the effective heat transfer area without significantly increasing pressure drop, making these tubes an excellent solution for compact condenser and cooler designs. Their outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and marine biofouling ensures reliable long-term performance in demanding offshore, marine, and coastal industrial environments.
