ASTM A334 Gr.1 Alloy Steel Integral Low Fin Tube for Enhanced Heat Transfer

 

Description:
Integral low fin tubes are produced by cold rolling the outer surface of a seamless tube to form uniform fins directly from the base material. Since the fins are an integral part of the tube wall (not added separately), this structure ensures excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and resistance to fin detachment.
ASTM A334 Grade 1 alloy steel integral fin tubes are designed for efficient heat transfer in low-temperature and moderate-pressure applications, such as air coolers, condensers, and heat exchangers used in petrochemical and power industries.
