ASME SA179 Carbon Steel Seamless Tube KL Fin Tube For Heat Exchanger

Product Description

The KL-type fin tube is manufactured from an ASME SA179 carbon steel seamless tube as the base, with Aluminium 1060 fin strip wound around the tube. The strip is knurled (K) into the tube surface to lock the fin foot firmly, and then wound (L) under controlled tension to achieve strong mechanical bonding and high thermal efficiency. This structure is widely used in air coolers, condensers, and process heat exchangers, especially in power generation and petrochemical applications.
